As a Laughter Teacher, and a pioneer in the Canadian Laughter Movement, Carole was trained by both The World Laughter Tour in the U.S., and Dr. Madan Kataria of the International Laughter Yoga movement. Laughter helps us to stay flexible in the face of change, despite the increased challenges in the workplace. She is well known for her "Wake UP to Laughter" keynote presentations.
